This course is intended for senior leadership, pastoral staff and teachers in primary settings and focuses on how pupils can develop skills to resolve conflict and promote understanding and mutual respect.
The session examines systems of managing and resolving conflict, beginning with a brief overview of ethos and policy before moving on to the array of approaches and strategies that support the changes you are looking to make at year group, class and individual levels.
The course ensures that you will leave with practical, effective strategies that are simple to implement while having dramatic results; pupil independence, confidence and co-operation improve, while staff spend less time managing stressful situations.
