Autism Surgeries
As part of the autism outreach the ARP provides, we would like you to invite you to attend our ASC surgeries that are run with a focus on a particular topic. All surgeries are from 3-4pm in the ARP (Base) at The Sydney Russell School. Carla Watts (ARP Manager) and the ARP team will be there to answer questions or queries you have. This would be a great opportunity for new members of staff and for those more experienced, as this will equip you with various knowledge that can inform your differentiation within lessons.
The following surgeries have been scheduled:
12th October 2015– ‘Autism Awareness’ delivered by The Autism Ambassadors.
1st December 2015 – ASC and differentiation.
24th February 2016 – ASC students and exams.
14th March 2016 – ‘Helping ASC students cope with exams’ delivered by The Autism Ambassadors.
